Slacking

Okay so I was told that I was slacking on this haha.

Both of us have been so busy lately that I forget about it.

So we're doing pretty good.

Mike got his re-enlistment bonus so we've been fixing things and clearing up some loans. We're doing good with that and he is currently looking at new cars to buy. He pretty much has his mind set on a Honda Civic si coupe. So we're just now looking around for the best quote and dealing with getting a loan. All the lovely details before we can buy it. We've also been buying some upgraded stuff for the house. We're about to move our TV now in the living room to the spare room and the futon back there too. So we'll have a full guest room again.

I've been busy working and working out. We are still running 2 miles and then doing workouts at the house afterwards. So far I've lost 8 pounds, I'm weighing every two weeks so it's not too often. The dogs are loving going jogging with us too haha, they are exhausted after.

I am excited, I'm babsitting my friend's daughters this weekend. That should be fun. I think Mike will have duty too, so it will be just us girls that night.

We had a great weekend. We spent Halloween night going to dinner and then went to a friend's party that evening. It was a lot of fun.

Saturday was spent sleeping in, cleaning up the house and then I went out with the girls to a fashion type event. It was fun and we all got a lot of neat stuff. Plus Mike had fun hanging out with his friend while I was gone with the girls.

Sunday we went with my friend Photina, her husband and their daughters to Julian,CA. It was very pretty up there and was actually cold haha. We actually should have had thicker jackets. We went around shopping and had amazing BBQ. Of course we picked up their famous apple pies and got some apple cider donuts, those were amazing!! I even found two shops I absolutely loved. One of them had these amazingly beautiful fairies, I bought two and I know that's just the start of an addiction haha. Even Mike liked them a lot, we picked out many we would love to own. He said just two at a time haha.

Now tonight will be spent looking at cars, shopping for a new TV stand and grabbing dinner somewhere in there.
