Exciting things

This weekend my stepson will be flying out here to stay with us for 2 1/2 weeks. I'm completely thrilled about this. He's such a great kid and I think it will be a neat experience for him. Mike will be waking up extremely early and flying out there to get him and fly back. I really hope he does good on the flight, I doubt he's flown before.

I have lots planned for us such as the zoo, seaworld, disneyland, california adventure, beach, museums and I'm sure some more things.

In other news we're fostering a dog. Her name is Maddie and she's such a sweet dog. At first Maddie and Lily had a hard time getting along, they would fight. But now they love each other, I hear them playing and running around the house together. Maddie has also gotten really used to us as well. When we come home she gets really excited to see us. She's got funny characteristics, she likes to rub up against things like a cat. She will be staying here about 2-4 months, I know Lily will miss her and so we're thinking of getting another dog sometime after that. Lily likes having a friend to play with.
