30 Days of Me: Day 8

Today is a picture that makes me angry/sad. This picture makes me sad. It gets easier looking at it with time but it still hurts.

For background information the picture is of Mike, Lily (left) and Lexi (right). Lexi passed away July 26, 2009. She was such an amazing dog. We both loved her so much. Seeing this picture makes me think of how much I miss her and wish she could still be here with us.

This is part of the reason I'm having a hard time getting this house ready to move. It's leaving the last house that Lexi was apart of. We made memories here with her and I almost feel like I'm leaving them behind. I know they'll be in our minds forever, it's still hard leaving here.
